Who We Are and What We Do
BOND Heals is a Clermont-based 501(c)(3) that shortens the path from “I need help” to “I have an appointment.”
We provide a Member Referral Concierge—fast, judgment-free referrals to trusted clinics, nonprofits, and low-cost providers (mental health, screenings, primary care, OB-GYN, and more). We also power partner-led Support Circles with The Bond Maker, so women have community before, during, and after care.
Information only; not a medical provider. We do not accept paid referrals.
Why It Matters
Finding care is confusing, time-consuming, and lonely. By pairing fast, vetted referrals with supportive community, women get to the right care sooner, feel less isolated, and stay more engaged in their next steps.
How Your Gift Helps
Your donation funds the systems and support that make access possible:
-
Member Referral Concierge — staffing, research time, and follow-up that deliver fast, local options.
-
Partner Network — onboarding and maintaining accredited clinics and nonprofits; quality standards and updates.
-
Support Circles — facilitator stipends, space, and materials for partner-led, pay-what-you-can groups.
-
Tools & Outreach — privacy-safe tech, resource guides, and city-specific information so women know where to turn.
Donate today to power quick connections to care—and surround every step with community.
BOND Heals provides information and referrals; treatment is delivered by licensed, accredited partners. We prioritize trauma-informed, evidence-based care and never take paid referrals.
Our Story

The BOND Heals story begins with Sabrina—a little girl who wanted her family whole.
In kindergarten, Sabrina’s life changed when her mother experienced a serious mental-health crisis. The family was separated, and Sabrina spent the next twelve years in foster care. That experience taught her two truths: care must be accessible at the right moment, and no one heals alone.
As an adult, Sabrina became a Guardian ad Litem, advocating for children who needed a voice. She founded BOND Heals to remove the barriers she saw up close: the financial hurdles that delay treatment and the isolation that follows. Today, BOND Heals provides bridge grants (assessments, co-pays, intake fees, short-term gaps, transportation) and care navigation into accredited mental-health and substance-use programs—then surrounds women with peer connection through The Bond Maker community.
Our aim is simple and urgent: help women enter care sooner, return to community supported, and give more families a real chance to stay connected. Care plus connection—that’s how healing lasts.
